Finance integration is about creating a homogeneous financial organization out of two heterogeneous ones. A common org chart is certainly necessary, but by no means sufficient. Measures are rather the analysis of the existing structures, processes and systems, but also short-term (e.g. opening balance) and long-term integration measures.
